About Matt Tralli

Meet Matt, your dedicated personal trainer who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Hailing from Croton on Hudson, NY, Matt's journey as an athlete began at a young age, excelling in three sports. His dedication and talent led him to play Division 1 Collegiate football at Marist College.

After pursuing a professional football career, Matt embarked on his personal training journey. Currently based in Los Angeles, he has an impressive eight years of experience in the field. His clientele spans across the coasts, from NY to LA, demonstrating his ability to connect with individuals and guide them on their fitness journeys. Additionally, Matt has trained group classes in various locations worldwide, including Miami, Las Vegas, Vancouver, and even Qatar.

Matt's specialization lies in strength and conditioning as well as athletic performance. However, his genuine desire to assist anyone and everyone in achieving their fitness goals drives him to tailor his expertise to meet their specific needs.

Throughout his career, Matt has honed his skills at renowned fitness establishments such as Equinox and Dogpound from 2016 to 2023. His talent and professionalism have attracted an array of high-profile clients, including names like Hugh Jackman, Dua Lipa, Tom Holland, Jacob Elordi, NFL Quarterback Mason Rudolph, and many more. Training such notable individuals has enriched his experience and expertise, enabling him to provide exceptional guidance to all his clients.

As a fitness entrepreneur, Matt has cultivated a substantial following on social media, with over 400k dedicated followers in under two years.
